**Role Summary**:
RATE OF PAY: $30.28/hr (After Probation period) Shift: Days/Afternoons

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Trouble shoot and maintain paint machinery and equipment, including calibration of bell applicators
- Implement preventative maintenance as required
- Review robot movement and paint delivery parameters to improve painted part quality and paint consumption
- Reset robotic failures, KV, Flow & Limits (documents all failures)
- Ensure long term improvements to yield, customer concerns, warranty concerns & related costs
- Work with maintenance on spray equipment, robot control problems and continuous improvements
- Test and evaluate new products and equipment

A Division of Magna, Polycon Industries is a World Class supplier of automotive parts. Polycon moulds, paints, assembles and sequences automotive products to OEM’s (Original Equipment Manufacturers).

**Key Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Completion of College or equivalency required. College diploma preferred.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of related work experience with automated spray equipment and robots required- Excellent communication skills (English - spoken and written)- Proven critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
