Home Instead (White Rock) is dedicated to providing non-medical assistance for aging adults who wish to maintain their independence by living in their own homes. Our mission is to enrich the lives of seniors and their families.

The demand for non-medical care and companionship is growing rapidly. We are actively seeking those unique individuals who are passionate about contributing meaningfully to the lives of seniors, on a part-time basis.

While we're widely recognized for our commitment to seniors, we also deeply value our Care Pros. We provide a nurturing work environment, ongoing paid training, thoughtful matching of Care Pros to clients, supplemental income, and flexible shifts to suit your availability. Further growth opportunities are available within our organization. Our Care Pros are also offered specialized training for Alzheimer's and dementia care to enhance their skill sets.

Our services encompass companionship, meal preparation, shower assistance and personal care, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and dementia care.

It doesn't take a specific degree to become a Home Instead Care Pro, but it does require a special kind of person.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Should be adept at meal preparation and maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
- Should be prepared to proactively take actions within your client's homes, ensuring they are experiencing the highest possible quality of life.
- Must be available to work at least 18 hours per week for part-time roles (shifts can be days, evenings, or overnights)

**Location**: Langley, Ladner, South Surrey, White Rock, and Tsawwassen.

**Want to work more hours?** Provide us with open availability, then the potential for full-time hours is a possibility

**Needed IMMEDIATELY - weekend (Sat/Sun) positions are available**

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
