Frontier Supply Chain Solutions Inc. (Frontier) is a rapidly growing provider of US and Canadian Customs Services, Trade Consulting, Supply Chain Logistics, including parcel and courier delivery.

Our facilities in Regina & Saskatoon coordinate all the courier work in Saskatchewan.

Working in our Regina warehouse, the Freight Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, sorting, allocating and distributing all eCommerce (online shopping) small parcel freight. Dispatching the freight and ensuring the freight is properly picked up by and delivered by our Owner Operator team is paramount.

Effective and timely processing of freight coming into and out of the warehouse must be maintained. Following up regarding un-delivered or late delivered freight, freight claims, freight damage, or freight loss or theft will be required. Other responsibilities include training driver on the delivery process and monitoring Package Sorters will be required.

This is a full time permanent role working Mon - Fri from 10:00am to 7:00pm. Hours may fluctuate for training and during peak season (winter) for business needs.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Accept & Coordinate inbound eCommerce courier freight.
- Scan, sort & organize courier freight with package sorting team.
- Inspect freight for damages.
- Use tools such as hand jack, dollies, roller conveyor belt, hand bomb.
- Manifest the sorted freight and allocate freight to Owner Operators based upon zones and Owner Operator availability & vehicle size.
- Ensure freight is handled per standards to minimize claims or damages or loss.
- Implement corrective actions to ensure timely freight movement.
- Count & inspect freight for damages, shortages &/or overages.
- Complete returns & damages reports and claims.
- Ensure corporate health & safety policy and PPE is followed.
- Complete daily reports, monitor and resolve variances.
- Provide feedback to Warehouse Manager, dock personnel, package sorters/handlers, Clients.
- Communicate daily with Owner Operators regarding processes, training, scheduling etc.
- Maintain an organized and clean sorting/processing area. Sweep, Dust and clean area daily.
- Other duties as necessary to meet the goals of Client or Company.

**Qualifications**
- Ability to think critically and problem solve.

- Ability to follow and enhance processes.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experienced with MS Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Experienced with App technology and in house database programs. Can learn multiple systems.
- Exposure & practical use of courier based software & scanners an asset.
- Warehouse experience an asset.
- Understanding transportation industry experience an asset.
- Ability to lift 40lbs without assistance.
- Ability to be flexible to work a longer shift, or weekends, or holidays, as necessary to accommodate operational need &/or increased freight.
