Clear Ottawa, an award-winning window and gutter cleaning company with over 35 years of combined experience, is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Franchisee Owner Trainee. As a franchisee owner trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn the ropes of our business and develop the skills necessary to become a successful franchise owner.

**Requirements**:
- Minimum of one year of driving experience (non-negotiable)
- One year of experience as a window cleaner or in the installation of gutters, eaves troughs, downspouts, or similar related experience
- Sales experience is a must
- Excellent customer service skills
**Salary**:
The salary for a Franchisee Owner Trainee at Clear Ottawa is competitive and varies based on experience. The starting salary range is $25 to $40 per hour, with an additional 3% bonus. As you progress and become a franchise owner, the salary range can increase to $30 to $45 per hour.
