**Who we need**
Right now we are adding a Warehouse Associate to our team in Winnipeg (formerly Canadian Health Care Products Ltd). We need a strong communicator who shares our passion for enriching the lives of the clients we work with to become our next Warehouse Associate.
**Who you are**
Whether you have worked in the rehabilitation and mobility space in the past or you are looking to jump headfirst into a new career, this is an opportunity for someone who doesn’t like to be constantly stuck behind a desk. You are someone who can fix mechanical issues with wheelchairs and mobility equipment while keeping a meticulous record of the parts you used and the products you handled. You are a process driven individual who is meticulous about inventory management and general warehouse organization.

**What you will do**
- **_Shipping and Receiving Inventory. _**Every mobility device we process is custom to our clients, as a result, we rely on our warehouse workers to play an integral role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Working with our shipping software, Navision, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving of goods and mobility equipment. This will include creating shipping orders and labels, packing custom orders, pulling inventory from shelves, cross docking of orders from other locations, ensuring courier pick up, receiving goods from suppliers or vendors and making certain the delivery was correct and undamaged.
- **_Process Mobility Devices and Equipment. _**You will act as the gatekeeper for all our inventory and physical assets stored in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage, cleaning, and packing as items enter or exit the dock. Using our pump trucks and flatbeds you will store, organize and manage our inventory. You will tag, price, store and organize all mobility devices, parts and tools within the warehouse. This may require assisting to build or clean mobility devices such as wheelchairs, elevating equipment and power scooters.
- **_Communication. _**You will work with internal and external teams to ensure all inventory and shipments are correct and to make sure all shipping and receiving is coordinated.

**What you bring**
- **_Education and Experience. _**You have a high school diploma and ideally, have 1 year of relevant experience in an inventory handling or a general warehouse role.
- **_Communication Skills. _**You can clearly and concisely communicate in person, over the phone or on paper. You can provide outstanding customer service to any visitors or vendors who may be entering the warehouse.
- **_Technical Skills. _**You are a handy person who knows their way around a wrench. You have the ability to make minor adjustments to wheelchairs and can disassemble equipment with ease.
- **_Additional Must Have Requirements._** You are able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds in order to move or repair equipment and devices. You have a clean criminal background check, a valid driver’s licence, and are bondable.
