Thrive Services Centre is a private modern Non-Hospital Surgical Facility. We are equipped to provide dental and medical procedures at any sedation level in a comforting environment. The experience is a private, quiet, and professional setting.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Surgical Facility Leader to join our team. The Dental Surgical Facility Leader plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our surgical clinic. This individual will be responsible for managing the coordination of daily activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate appointments for surgical procedures
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Assist the dental team in preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing equipment for surgical procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, medical history, and consent forms.
- Ensuring timely completion of daily paperwork
- Monitoring and recording payments
- Preparing the facility for daily operations
- Receiving and processing inventory orders
- Handling laundry tasks
- Maintaining facility cleanliness
- Maintain inventory of surgical supplies and order new supplies as required.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in dental or healthcare administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office, preferably in a surgical coordination role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact compassionately and professionally with patients.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with dental software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is advantageous.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to adapt and learn new processes and technologies.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to problem solve.
