- In your role, working with different stakeholders, you will identify, dvelop and implement a Programs toolbox including new IT tools to support the Programs needs. In your role, you will:

- Compile IT tool requirements from the different program teams and develop specifications for the development of new IT tools while ensuring standardization among Programs teams;
- Analyze the needs of the different programs departments and generate appropriate project plans
- Extract, import, process and document source data
- Implement data sets for Power BI visibilities
- Design, implement and maintain business intelligence and information management tools
- Find the most effective ways to present information and facilitate decision making
- Perform data modeling for proper analysis and insight
- Work with other teams to develop data warehouse projects that meet business requirements
- Coordinate with other BI developers in the company to optimize the use of common data pipelines and have a shared vision
- Actively collaborate in process improvement activities and initiatives with the team.
- Support users in the program team during the deployment phase of new tools and processes;

**Qualifications**
- You have a university degree in computer science, information technology, business administration or equivalent
- You gained a minimum of 3 years of experience using Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau or equivalent
- You have more than five (5) years of relevant experience.
- You have previously developed effective dashboards
- You are knowledgeable in database management, SQL querying and data modeling
- You have experience in data warehouse development (an asset)
- You are attentive to detail and are able to clearly convey information
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French
- You have some experience using the various Microsoft Power Platform capabilities
- You are comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You have experience using and understanding ERP systems (SAP an asset)
- You possess strong analytical, planning, problem solving skills, as well as a good business sense
- You have initiative, are results-oriented and have the desire to make decisions.
- You are organized, autonomous and manage your time effectively
