Mississauga, Canada Flooring Ltd Full time

We are a leading flooring company specializing in providing high-quality flooring solutions for residential and commercial spaces. With a wide range of flooring options and a commitment to exceptional customer service, we have built a strong reputation in the industry. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the residential and commercial markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including architects, contractors, and homeowners.
- Provide product knowledge and expert advice to customers, helping them select the most suitable flooring options.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide the best possible service to customers.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales activities and prospects.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the flooring or construction industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of different flooring materials, installation methods, and industry trends
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
- Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
