We here at **Ernie Dean Chevrolet Buick GMC** in Alliston, ON have this position open for the **best **possible reason WE are on pace for a record breaking New Vehicle sales year in 2024.

**Who You Are**
- You’re a CRM wizard you see the value of leveraging data to increase sales.
- You’re a ‘people person’ both with customers **and **your fellow team members.
- You have your OMVIC license (we’ll help you get it if you don’t).
- You’re not afraid to leverage social connections to bring in customers.
- You value a solid, consistent, and transparent sales process and you have no tolerance for anything less.
- You know continued learning is the key to higher sales success.
- You’re self-motivated and ready to make money lots of it.

Our reputation as the premier Chevrolet dealership in the area was built over 40 years ago with the simple promise of doing business the right way. It’s how we weathered the pandemic and came out of it stronger than ever.

Our bread-and-butter, though, is our **Truckville**department. We have leaned into our reputation as the area’s ‘go-to’ Chevy truck source for decades when people think about buying a truck, they think Ernie Dean.

Pay: $75,000.00-$140,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- ALLISTON, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
