Usher

**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Usher to join our team. As an Usher, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for our patients. You will act as a liaison between physicians and patients to facilitate patient care and patient flow.

**Duties**
- Escort patients to examination rooms
- Ensures exam rooms are filled to avoid any delays in seeing patients
- Be present as requested in situations where physicians need a chaperone in the room
- Assist with equipment sterilization and documentation as directed by the Clinic Nurse
- Collects charts from physician desks intermittently or at the end of the day
- Scanning cross training

**Qualifications**
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a background check
- Previous experience in healthcare setting is preferred
- Ability to handle cash, debit and credit transactions accurately if required
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work as needed for shift coverage/ call outs

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
