**JOB SUMMARY**

The window dresser - Marketing and visual presentation, under the supervision of the management team, produces the most attractive clothing displays possible to feature available merchandise and maximize sales.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assemble and remove displays based on seasonal changes, merchandise receipts, inventory volume and new marketing trends;
- Create balanced, coordinated displays;
- Participate in creating the showcase and styling the mannequins in the store;
- Develop strategies to make departments attractive to customers and maximize sales potential;
- Frequently move merchandise and displays to always give the store a fresh look;
- Provide exemplary customer service;
- During promotional events, organize the way merchandise is displayed in departments to highlight featured products;
- Manage the inventory of promotional materials to be included in the displays;
- Keep the work area neat and tidy;
- Keep up with new marketing trends by reading trade magazines for example;
- Any other related tasks.

**SKILLS**
- Secondary school vocational diploma in marketing and visual presentation
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar job
- Experience in the clothing sector
- Experience in retail sales and big box stores
- Creativity, autonomy and thoroughness
- Excellent time and priority management
- Flexibility and adaptability

**RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE**

L’étalagiste - Mise en marché et présentation visuelle, sous la supervision de l’équipe de gestion, voit à réaliser les étalages de vêtements pour exposer la marchandise disponible de la manière la plus attrayante possible afin de maximiser les ventes.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**

Le quotidien d’un étalagiste chez Aubainerie, c’est:

- Réaliser le montage et le démontage des étalages en fonction des changements de saison, des arrivages de marchandise, du volume des stocks et des nouvelles tendances dans le domaine de la mise en marché;
- S’assurer de créer des étalages équilibrés et uniformes;
- Participer à la création de la vitrine et du stylisme des mannequins en magasin;
- Développer des stratégies pour rendre les départements attrayants du point de vue de la clientèle et ainsi, maximiser le potentiel de ventes;
- Effectuer une rotation fréquente de la marchandise et des étalages afin de créer un impact toujours renouvelé;
- Veiller à offrir un service à la clientèle exemplaire;
- Organiser, lors d’événements promotionnels, la présentation des départements afin de maximiser le rayonnement des promotions;
- Gérer l’inventaire du matériel promotionnel à inclure aux étalages;
- Maintenir son aire de travail propre et ordonnée;
- Se tenir à jour sur les nouvelles tendances de mise en marché via, notamment, les revues spécialisées;
- Exécuter toutes autres tâches connexes.

**COMPÉTENCES RECHERCHÉES**
