**What We Are Looking For**:
We're seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team at Kinetics, playing a pivotal role in our Quality Assurance operations. As a key team member, you'll be responsible for conducting meticulous inspections throughout our production processes. You’ll be supporting multiple departments in our dynamic product development and batch production setting. As a Quality Inspector, you will be conducting thorough Quality Control inspections at various production stages and providing valuable recommendations for process improvement. While following established guidelines and prioritizing safety and environmental controls, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and autonomy in a supportive, collaborative environment.

**The Role**:
As a Quality Inspector, you'll be responsible for meticulously inspecting detailed parts to ensure they meet the specifications outlined in drawings and standards set by the Quality department. This includes verifying incoming parts for accuracy and conducting both receiving and outgoing inspections. You'll document any deviations from standards and maintain records of inspections and non-conforming materials. Additionally, you'll be expected to embody core values such as safety, teamwork, integrity, and accountability while demonstrating ingenuity in problem-solving.
