Primary Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:

- Support and participate in food safety programs including SQF (Safe Quality Food).
- Daily tracking and validating retailer deductions.
- Validating and processing Post-Audits.
- Disputing invalid customer claims.
- Ensure funds recovery in a timely manner.
- Analyzing root causes of non-trade deductions and implementing corrective measures.
- Lead process improvement initiatives.
- Work directly with Sales team and external customers.
- Create and update databases.
- Other duties and special projects as required.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude:

- Post-secondary business degree with a minimum of two (2) years experience in CPG customer claims.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems - preferred AS400, Power BI. Must be proficient with MS Office (Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel and macros).
- Good knowledge of general accounting principles.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail are required. Ability to compile, analyze, interpret, and present financial data.
- High energy level, comfortable performing multi-faceted tasks in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
- Strong time management, interpersonal and communication skills required. Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills.
- Curiosity to dig and find funds recovery opportunities with a hunger to succeed.
