Pawnbroker / Sales

We are looking to add a cashier/pawnbroker to our team at Eastcoast Buy and Sell (ECBS) We are looking to hire someone to start ASAP.

Our shop has a fun environment with a focus on customer service and a positive attitude; and we need someone who can bring just that to our team We're looking for someone who loves to talk to others and enjoys working with a large variety of things like gold, diamonds, coins, electronics, musical instruments, power tools, video games and of course, great customers

As part of the service team in our stores, you will have to provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that continues to set us apart from the competition. And a positive attitude is a MUST

We have a part time position available that requires attention to detail, a friendly attitude and is both physically demanding and dynamic on a daily basis.
- Providing excellent customer service by greeting and interacting with customers both in person and on the phone.
- Processing sales, loans and extensions electronically
- Coming to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be purchased or loaned
- Preforming opening and closing store procedures
- Contacting customers to generate new and repeated business
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and regulations

Required Experience:

- Customer service for at least 1 year
- Ability to multitask
- Intermediate computer skills; able to learn new software with mínimal effort
; able to use websites such as, Google, eBay, Craigslist and Amazon
- Knowledge of electronics, tools, instruments

**Job Type**: Part Time with a set schedule
;Must be able to have open availability Monday - Sunday

Must be able to work at our 3200 Kempt Road location and our 374 Herring Cove Rd location.

Pay: $15.20-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
