**What You Will Do With Us**

As the **Warehouse Supervisor/Operations Manager** based in **Edmonton South**, you will effectively manage the operations of the branch.

**How You Will Thrive With Us**
- Manage the operations of the branch including sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting and inventory;
- Implement company procedures;
- Ensure a high level of customer service, responding to customers' needs in an efficient, accurate and professional manner;
- Supervise warehouse personnel;
- Maintain showroom/display area and coordinate customer/supplier functions in conjunction with the sales team (i.e. counter days, product sessions, and barbecues).
- You will be a Brand Ambassador by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing the customer experience. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected.
- Managing the Warehouse & Operations
- Team of 5 direct reports
- 15,000 sq ft warehouse

**Who Are You**
- 2 - 3 years industrial experience, a college degree in business or equivalent education and experience preferred;
- 2 - 3 years related supervisory and sales experience;
- Computer literacy - AS/400 and MS Office;
- Good product knowledge preferred;
- Ability to manage people;
- Good mathematical skills;
- Have a valid driver's license.
