Abnormal Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are recruiting for an Abnormal Specialist on behalf of our esteemed client, who specializes in logistics operations. This position is located within the client’s key warehouse operations. We seek a proactive and independent individual who can monitor the operations and solve abnormalities effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Using internal system to conduct thorough inspections and effectively solve abnormalities (such as damage, loss, short picking, QC failure, customer complaint consolidation etc.).
- Monitor system to report errors, delays and other problems.
- Document and report any discrepancies, damages or quality issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and reports.
- Ensure the procedure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Handle any ad-hoc job assigned by the manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in warehouse, abnormal inspection or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in computer knowledge and Microsoft office.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
