**Job Description Summary**

Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory Group has been actively involved in the appraisal and consulting for institutional and corporate-related properties for over 50 years and is internationally recognized as an industry leader in real estate services. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in providing valuation reviews on real property using various methodologies including cost, income, and direct sales comparison approach.
- Writing and updating of various analytic reports, i.e. Regional and Market analyses and Industry Overviews.
- Input and audit sales comparable data, such as lease, expense, rent comps and sales transactions.
- Work as part of a team on large or complex client engagements on a portfolio of properties.
- Support the efforts of others in the group to ensure exceptional service to our clients.
- To develop property valuation knowledge and expertise and to become an Accredited Appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of experience, ideally in real estate appraisal
- Bachelor’s degree, preferable in business, urban studies or economics.
- Strong research, analytic and written skills are required.
- Must be detail oriented.
- A valid driver’s license.
