**What's the Opportunity?**

**Primary Responsibilities Include**:

- Oversee and take responsibility for the successful completion of Retail and CRM marketing projects within a set timeline
- Ensure all marketing campaign and project data is documented in an automated workflow management platform
- Work with internal stakeholders to initiate marketing projects, define the scope of work, document key deliverables and timelines
- Oversee project activity dates are properly maintained and reflect actual vs. planned results
- Schedule regular touchpoints with key marketing and agency stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of project activities
- Facilitate status meetings, ensure accurate compilation of project milestone data, issue management
- Maintain campaign deployment information and marketing calendars generated by the marketing platform
- Prepare reports for marketing stakeholders projects, highlight areas of opportunity to improve campaign planning, management, and execution
- Oversee changes impacting marketing projects, manage risk to execution dates, identify roadblocks and take initiative to facilitate solutions
- Set-up of marketing tactics related to projects with associated attributes, including associated formats, classifiers, images, and display locations

**The Skills and Experience you have**

Required:

- A minimum of 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager focused on workflow optimization
- Deep understanding of project management methods and processes
- Experience managing projects using an automated workflow platform
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and follow-up across all aspects of process
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Solution oriented problem solver

Desired:

- SCRUM certifications or expertise
- Work experience within a retail, CPG or marketing environment
