Wildflower Centre is a new childcare facility committed to providing a supportive environment where children can thrive and grow. We are currently seeking dedicated Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) to join our team. We offer a group benefits package as well as pay aligning with or exceeding the provincial wage grid.

As an Early Childhood Educator at Wildflower Centre, you will play a vital role in the development and well-being of children under your care. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and engaging children in educational activities that promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Implementing age-appropriate learning experiences and activities based on children's interests and developmental stages.
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment in accordance with licensing regulations and our commitment to quality care.
- Collaborating with other staff members and parents to ensure each child's individual needs are met.

**Requirements**:

- Certification as an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Levels 1 through 3, as per provincial requirements.
- Familiarity with and commitment to following the provincial wage grid.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth and development.

**Level 3 ECEs Only**:

- Developing and implementing lesson plans in collaboration with the Director and other team members.
- Evaluating and documenting children's progress to support individualized learning goals.

**Referral Bonus**:
Pay: $17.23-$30.81 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
