Budtender

Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting them in selecting and purchasing cannabis products, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences and needs
- Provide accurate information about product availability, pricing, and promotions
- Process sales transactions using a computerized point-of-sale system
- Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dispensary
- Adhere to all state and local regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products

Qualifications:

- Must be at least 19 years old
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a bonus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Proficiency in computerized systems such as Excel and point-of-sale software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.30-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
