Yardman

We have an opening for a Yardman / Loader Operator at our Bradford ready mix plant.

**LOADER OPERATOR DUTIES**
- Operate loader to feed product into plant.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of aggregate storage bins.
- Maintain cleanliness of yard, ensuring safety for pedestrians and vehicles.
- Produce concrete blocks with returned concrete, maintaining the forms and loading them onto trucks
- Other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Able to operator a loader.
- Knowledge of aggregates and ready-mix concrete industry.
- Ability to perform daily equipment checks including pre and post trip checks.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be able to take direction from supervisor, keep required work schedule, focus on attention to details and follow all rules and policies, and be a team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.20-$26.20 per hour
