Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing a variety of beverages in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for coffee and tea lattes and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Ensure quality control by following proper recipes and beverage standards
- Provide friendly and prompt customer service
- Assist with food preparation and handling, as needed
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety practices in the food service industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55-$16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
