Salesperson

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The Salesperson will be responsible for selling products and services to customers, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building connections with customers and has a passion for sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Identify potential customers through networking, and referrals
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members
- Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reports
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

**Skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Salesperson or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade customers
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in using CRM software or similar tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
