We are looking for someone who can manage our small warehouse and the paperwork that comes with it.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring stock levels and ordering when they become low
- Tagging existing equipment for jobs
- Receiving and verifying shipments coming in
- Staging equipment and other required materials for upcoming jobs
- Tracking and following up on back orders
- Printing invoices and verifying against packing slips
- Submitting invoices to accountant for payment
- Submitting pay stubs to vendors for paid invoices
- Warranty: Create paperwork and follow up with supplier
- Process Returns
- Health & Safety
- Cleaning warehouse
- Operating tractor
- cleaning yard
- Inventory Count
- Other administrative paperwork and filing

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Reliable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Someone who can learn, ask questions and ultimately own the job to create a well-oiled machine for receiving, staging and paperwork.
- Must be ok with physically moving equipment and parts in the warehouse as well as processing paperwork.
