Hydrovac Operator

Super Sucker is searching for talented and knowledgeable **Hydrovac Operators** to perform debris removal, trenching, digging, and excavation around underground utilities using our diversified fleet of trucks.

**JOB DETAILS**:
**Status**: Full-Time, Permanent
**Starting Wage**: $29-$32 + Premiums as per collective agreement

**Primary Location**:Hazelhurst Yard (648 Hazelhurst Rd, Mississauga, ON)

**RREQUIREMENTS**
- DZ class driver’s license, maintaining a clean driver’s abstract.
- Willing to travel up to 25% based on project assignment needs.
- Required to become a member of **IUOE local 793**:

- Capable of performing labour-intensive jobs including exposure to seasonal weather, and work areas that are dirty, dusty, wet and noisy.
- Able/willing to work flexible hours, including Monday - Friday, overtime, weekends, and short notice work as needed.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO**:

- Punctual, prepared for the day with PPE, training and a client focused, team player mindset.
- Enjoy the safe and successful completion of hydrovac excavation work, and various other tasks, including personal administrative tasks, connected to construction projects.
- Have previous vacuum truck, swamper, coring, slinger, and especially looking for those with **volumetric concrete mixing experience**.
- Attends safety meetings and ensures all tasks are completed in a safe and thorough manner.
- Ensure the truck and equipment are well-maintained and in good working condition by being respectful in their use and being in good communication about issues as they arise.
- Able to work in a collaborative environment as an active contributor to team success.
