Roles and Responsibilities for Back Of House: Preparing Naan ,Rotis and **Rolling perfect burritos/Wraps and handing out food to the customer with exceptional customer service.Preparation all kinds of meat & seafood.Preparing & chopping of vegetables. ** Maintaining cleanliness in the restaurants.
