- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed recommendations.

**Skills**
- Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and texturizing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and understand client needs.
- Experience in retail sales with an aptitude for upselling products.
- Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon environment.
- Front desk experience is a plus, contributing to efficient salon operations.
