We ( AAIS ) are seeking a friendly, motivated, and driven Sales Representative to join our pool company. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our pool services to potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to be meeting property manager or office admin, generate new leads, and work closely with VP of Sales to achieve revenue targets.

Note: No prior Pool Industry experience is needed, However, prior sales or customer service experience will be much appreciated.

**Responsibilities**:
Work closely with the VP of Sales to strategize and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients, highlighting the key features and benefits of our pool products.

Drop by condos and apartment buildings to introduce the company and collect the business card.

Set up appointments between VP of Sales & Condo management to discuss the pool services & build relationships.

Meet with prospective customers to understand their pool needs, provide product information, and offer suitable solutions.
Conduct on-site visits to assess customers' properties and recommend appropriate pool products and services based on their requirements. Accompany the VP of sales to the site during the meetings with Condo managers.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials to drive sales growth.
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

**Requirements**:
Friendly and approachable attitude. You love talking to people & love going out.
Prior experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
In-depth knowledge of pool products, services, and industry trends.
Ability to conduct on-site visits and provide expert recommendations to customers.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M5H 1X6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (preferred)
