SAGKEENG CHILD AND FAMILY SERVICES (SCFS) is looking for a FULL-TIME Supervisor Specialized Services You practice empathy, understanding and patience. You promote a safe therapeutic environment. You will be joining a creative, initiative, and dynamic multi-disciplinary team. You are knowledgeable of SCFS, Sagkeeng First Nation and Indigenous culture. This position reports to SCFS Biidaaziiway Gamik Unit Clinical Director.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead team meetings and provide regular reflective clinical and administrative supervision to individual team members.
- Provide direction and support to team members in complex and high-risk situations. Ensure that services are provided in accordance with agency policies, procedures, and protocols and in keeping with current evidence-informed and best practices.
- Monitor and manage ongoing work performance of team members, complete annual performance appraisals, and develop individual work plans for team members as warranted to promote optimum performance.
- Participate and contribute as a member of the management and clinical management teams.
- Manage waitlists, identify priorities, and assign families to team members.
- Monitor and report relevant service stream data and participate in program evaluation and review as appropriate.
- Respond to and manage concerns and complaints related to their team from employees, families, and community partners.
- Stay informed and up to date about research, trends, and developments in respect to the early intervention field and share such information with staff and the agency.
- Support adherence to relevant legislation, Canadian Centre for Accreditation (CCA) standards and program guidelines.
- Carry out other duties as may be from time to time assigned.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in a mental health related field such as Occupational Therapy (MOT), Psychology (M.A. Psych (Clinical or ABA), M.Ed Psych) or Social Work (MSW) from an accredited post-secondary school.
- Must be licensed/registered with their respective licensing/regulatory body.
- Minimum 2 years recent and relevant experience in child, adolescent and family mental health.
- Demonstrated working experience with the school system.
- Exceptional clinical skills in the mental health assessment and treatment of children as well as their families.
- Extensive knowledge of provincial mental health community resources and services.
- Knowledge and awareness of cultural and socio-economic factors that inform service provision.
**Salary**: $72,021.00-$100,221.00 per hour
