**Job Summary**:
Tollestrup Construction is looking to hire the below positions for their Paving Crew:

- Experienced Heavy Equipment Operators (Screed, Raker, Paver, Roller)
- Oil/Tack Wagon Operator - must have Class 3

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Extensive experience and knowledge of road construction.
- Must obtain Class 5 Drivers License.
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of all relevant bylaws, policies, and OH&S legislation.
- Current 1st Aid and WHMIS.
- Ability to learn new technology and software.
- Self-motivated and goal orientated.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Lethbridge, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- heavy equipment operator: 2 years (preferred)
