We are hiring IT Support to join the IT team You have an outgoing personality, are approachable, and love meeting people. You are a great listener and are patient when attending to the needs of others to help them with their IT solution. You love exploring current programs to determine how to utilize them effectively and researching new programs and systems.

**Your **Purpose**:
As the IT Support, you will maintain the computer networks of all types of organizations, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. You will monitor and maintain the company computer systems, install, and configure hardware and software, and solve technical issues as they arise. You will report to the IT Manager on any required or necessary upgrades and restructures as deemed essential to the growth of the company.

**Your Primary Duties**:

- Configuration, installation, and maintenance of networking equipment and infrastructures, including firewalls, switches, access points, cabling, etc.
- Install, provision, upgrade, and repair workstations, laptops, and other IT devices and equipment.
- Onboarding and offboarding users and accounts.
- Control costs and reduce waste by repurposing, reusing, and rebuilding equipment and assets.
- Creating and maintaining SOPs, policies, instructions, and knowledge base.

**Your qualifications**:

- You have a degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent
- You have strong database skills and are detail-oriented
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You can work independently and with minimum supervision
- You have excellent judgment and can prioritize assignments
- You have a strong passion for learning and researching
