**Responsibilities**
- Provide guidance and leadership to crew members
- Foster teamwork and co-operation
- Communicate ideas, concerns etc. to management
- Maintain a professional attitude with all clients, co-workers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Commitment to safety for yourself and others
- Provide your own basic tools
- Valid driver’s license

**Skills**
- Red Seal accreditation or able to obtain
- Able to work in an organised and effective manner
- Reliable and trustworthy
- 5 to 10 years experience in some or all of:
renovation demolition framing

flooring, deck/dock, boathouse,

roofing, siding, drywall,

painting, custom work, lift 50 lbs

**Work Environment**
- We offer a competitive salary
- We work Monday to Friday,
- 40 hrs/week
- Vacation - Easy schedule for requested time off within reason

**Salary**: $20.00-$34.60 per hour
