**A Night in the life of our Quality Control Technician/Inspector**

A QC Technician/Inspector that loves detail and good quality parts
- You really enjoy work that requires a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- You are responsible for direct examination of products to ensure that quality standards and procedures are met and aligned with applicable governing standards (ex. ISO9001) and customer specifications.
- You are responsible for strictly adhering to the organization's quality assurance policies and identifying defects and or production errors before they are shipped to the customer, you look at our product with the “eye of the customer”.
- You will communicate defects to the appropriate manager.
- You assist with the maintenance of QA monitoring programs, including audits, controls, and other qualifiers.
- You are eager to support new product development and continuous improvement and by integrating quality control tools (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) into processes.
- You enthusiastically promote and advocate quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization.
- You enjoy working in a team environment.
- You are willing to work overtime as scheduled and will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, every time.

**Sound like you? What We need from you**:

- You have Post-Secondary Education in an appropriate field and/or a minimum 2 years of direct work experience with ISO 9001/AS 9100 QA systems, regulations, guidelines and associated standards.
- You have direct and able to demonstrate practical experience in metrology and use of associated metrology equipment ie. Calipers, Micrometers, CMM etc.
- You are highly motivated and self-directed capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- You are extremely detail-oriented and analytical thinker with great problem-solving skills.
- You can create and review technical documentation, including setup sheets, dimensional inspection reports, inspection / test procedures, and design documents.
- You have a strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
