**What You’ll Do**:
The Team Lead will provide leadership, direct and indirect support to the mental health team and manage clients' satisfaction.

In addition:

- You will have your own caseload.
- Independently write reports and be up-to-date with clinical notes.
- You will be working collaboratively with all the practitioners.
- Act as the main linkage between the mental health’ team
- Supervision of Social Workers / psychotherapists
- Perform assessments and develop a treatment plan based on client goals and needs.
- Oversee the successful completion of all client assessments and care plans.
- Conduct preliminary interviews with new potential hires.

**Required Skill Sets**:

- Strong de-escalation and crisis intervention skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish good rapport with staff, clients, families, and referral sources in a multicultural setting.
- Self-directed, results oriented and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships internally and externally with stakeholders and partnering agencies.

**What You’ll Bring**
- MSW, or other related professional designation.
- Registered in Ontario and in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in private clinic settings.
- Demonstrated ability in supporting individuals who have complex mental health and/or anxiety, cognitive impairment, history of trauma, violence/abuse, couple therapy and family issues, etc.
- Proven working knowledge of theories of couple therapy, trauma, anxiety and depression with evidence-based treatment models and best practice approaches.
- Demonstrated ability in providing therapeutic and supportive counselling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
