The Support Facilitator is responsible for: Providing support and encouragement to the participants in group and individual settings; Teaching of basic life skills; Supporting youth in cultural, recreation and educational activities in the community; Documenting file notes and maintaining records of all expenses and receipts and Presenting self and program in a positive and professional manner within the organization and in the community.

Our program hours are Monday to Friday. The Support Facilitator is required to work one (1) evening per week for group facilitation.
- Child and Youth Care Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience working with youth who have been marginalized and/or exploited
- Demonstrated knowledge, awareness and sensitivity of Indigenous Cultures and Traditions and be inclusive of multi-cultural values, beliefs and lifestyles
- Excellent team skills, documentation skills, creativity and high energy level

The salary range for this term position is $15.89 to $22.25 per hour (35 hours/week, equivalent to $28,919 - $40,495 per annum), dependent upon education and/or experience. A full benefits package (which includes Health, Dental, and Long Term Disability Benefits)** **is provided to permanent, full-time employees.
