**Responsibilities**:
*Precision in measuring and mixing ingredients as per established recipes. *Operation of baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofers. *Monitoring baking times and temperatures to guarantee superior product quality. *Expertise in shaping dough to create a diverse range of bread products, such as loaves and rolls. *Dedication to maintaining a safe and hygienic workspace by cleaning and upkeeping equipment and surroundings. *Effective communication with team members for timely and efficient bread production. *Strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
**Requirements**:
*Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Artisan Bread Baker. *Flexibility to work early morning shifts, commencing at 3:00 am. *Capability to lift weights exceeding 50 pounds. *In-depth knowledge of bread baking techniques and ingredients. *Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch products. *Strong communication and collaborative skills within a team environment. *Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting.
