**Junior Lawyer**

Seeking an energetic Junior Lawyer with people skills to join a team of two senior lawyers and team in a well established, fast-paced law practice in Richmond Hill.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Residential and Commercial real estate matters
- Drafting and reviewing Agreements of Purchase and Sale
- Attend to title searches, closings, registrations
- Corporate and commercial matters with knowledge of asset purchases and share purchases.

**Job Requirements**:

- Good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Minimum 1+ years post-call experience
- Takes initiative and ready to learn
- Knowledge of Teraview, and Unity.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in both individual and team environments.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond Hill, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate of Good Standing-LSO (preferred)

Work Location: In person
