Currently, we are seeking **Project Managers** to join our growing Security and Healthcare Technology division based on Vancouver Island.

**Project Manager Responsibilities/Duties**:

- Identify potential business opportunities
- Maintain good relationship with suppliers, consultants, general contractors and end users
- Manage all areas of the project including, contract management, financials, schedules, labour requirements, materials, deficiencies, etc.
- Estimate changes, complete required paperwork and ensure that the job is billed out Houle is paid
- Review reports and provide analytics to project team
- Arrange for project manuals to be completed
- Ensure that as-built drawings are completed and sent to the owner
- Work onsite with the foreman and superintendent as a team to review the project documents, and assess success and challenges, once the project is complete

**Project Manager Experience and Skills**:

- 3-5 years project management experience with relevant education/training.
- Strong technical knowledge of Security Systems including CCTV and Access Control
- Experience working within the BC Security Industry and familiarity with local Consultants and Architects an asset
- Experience working with healthcare technology (Nurse Call, RLTS) an asset
- Project estimating experience. Familiarity with Accubid software an asset.
- Good computer skills, proficient in MS Office. Experience using Project Management software (Procore) and AutoCAD an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills, and ability to converse with multiple project Stakeholders
