Aperçu:
Le titulaire du poste gère, conformément aux stratégies et aux valeurs fondamentales du service d’optimisation d’actifs et d’EDF Renouvelables, les performances financières, opérationnelles, commerciales, contractuelles et réglementaires de deux à trois projets d’énergie renouvelable dans le portefeuille d’EDF Renouvelables afin d’obtenir la valeur la plus élevée des actifs. Il contrôle et maintient la conformité contractuelle et réglementaire, et procède à l’établissement de rapports. Il travaille de manière proactive avec les équipes de gestion opérationnelle du projet et divers services internes afin de maximiser en permanence le rendement du projet, d’améliorer les résultats financiers du projet et de mesurer leur réussite.

- _Le bilinguisme en français et en anglais est nécessaire_In alignment with AO and EDFR strategies and core values, manage the overall financial, operational, commercial, contractual, and regulatory performance of 2 - 3 renewable energy projects in EDFR's portfolio to realize the highest value from the assets. Monitor and maintain contractual and regulatory compliance and reporting. Proactively work with project's operational management teams and various internal departments to continuously maximize project's performance, improve project's financial outcomes, and measure their success.

Responsabilités:
Assurer la plus grande valeur ou le plus grand rendement de l’actif en dépassant le BAIIDA annuel budgétisé du projet:

- Concevoir, proposer et exécuter des projets de création de valeur pour les emplacements d’énergies éolienne et solaire.
- Créer et gérer le budget du projet pour le compte d’EDF et des copropriétaires du projet.
- Gérer tous les aspects financiers du projet : trésorerie, paiements, dépenses d’exploitation d’immobilisation, ratios de couverture, distributions aux investisseurs, etc.
- Surveiller la corrélation entre les performances opérationnelles et les indicateurs clé de performance financière.
- Collaborer et participer à la prise de décision et à l’élaboration de plans de travail opérationnels (le « quoi et quand ») ainsi qu’à la mobilisation des experts techniques, le cas échéant.
- Superviser la résolution des problèmes opérationnels et soutenir l’équipe dans cette tâche; faciliter la correction des trajectoires et mobiliser les ressources adéquates si nécessaire.
- Gérer les plans de gestion du cycle de vie du site.

Assurer la conformité contractuelle, environnementale et réglementaire:

- Contrôler et gérer les prestations contractuelles entre les copropriétaires, les fournisseurs de services et les autres parties prenantes.
- Négocier et résoudre les réclamations au titre de la garantie.
- Suivre l’évolution des politiques et du marché ayant une incidence sur le ou les projets.
- Veiller à ce que les dossiers réglementaires et environnementaux soient traités de manière adéquate et dans les délais impartis.
- Répondre aux demandes d’audit.
- Travailler avec les équipes internes chargées de la conformité réglementaire afin de s’assurer que les besoins en matière de conformité sont compris et satisfaits.

- Faire preuve de leadership en effectuant des vérifications de sécurité et en mobilisant l’équipe.
- Adopter des comportements de sécurité conformes aux normes en matière de santé, de sécurité et d’environnement (SSE).

Accomplir d’autres tâches assignées.

Supervision d’autres personnes : Le gestionnaire d’actifs de niveau 1 n’a pas de subordonnés directs, mais il peut être amené à superviser indirectement l’exactitude et la qualité des produits livrables des autres employés qui soutiennent ses projets d’énergie renouvelable.Deliver highest value/return of the asset by exceeding project’s budgeted annual EBITDAs:

- Conceive, propose and execute value creation projects for wind and solar sites
- Create and manage project budgeting on behalf of EDF and project co-owners
- Manage all aspects of project financials: cash, payments, Opex and Capex, coverage ratios, investor distributions, etc.
- Monitor correlation of operational performance with financial KPIs
- Collaborate and engage in the decision making and development of operational work plans (what & when) as well as in engagement of SMEs, when necessary
- Oversee and support in resolution of operational issues; facilitate paths for course correction and engage the right resources when needed
- Manage site Life Cycle Management Plans
