We are looking for full-time, Mounter for our Printing Department seeking long-term employment.

**About the Position**: The Mounter is to supply the printing department with mounts that are equipped with the appropriate plates for a specific job. The Mounter will place the plates on the selected sized sleeve for the job as per the instructions on the docket and deliver to the printing department. Precision and accuracy are important during this process to ensure quality printing jobs.

**What you will do as a Mounter**:

- Check new plates with the order to ensure the plate and the PDF match.
- Dispose of old plates as instructed by the Customer Service Representatives.
- Communicate with Printing Supervisor to determine job priority.
- General maintenance of the flexomatic plate washer.
- Read and update the digital schedule board.
- Create plate plan orders for damaged plates.
- Perform end of shift duties including, but not limited to, filling solvents, changing garbage and tidying the workstation.
- Pull plates for existing orders from the mounting room.
- Make packages for new jobs.
- File new job packages and/or artwork packages.
- Demount printing plates from sleeves.
- Wash the plates using the flexomatic plate washer.
- File plates using the rolodex (Microsoft Access); ensure plates are placed in the correct location by master number.
- Perform job checks for jobs that are mounted and processing.
- Correct discrepancies on dockets using pink slips and/or NMRs.
- Other duties as requested by the Printing Manager.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to read and translate measurements using both the imperial and metric systems.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Proficient in the English language.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.

**Schedule**: Flex Life Schedule
- 12-hour shift, 3 days per week
- Rotating every 2 weeks days and night (7:00AM to 7:00pm OR 7:00pm to 7:00AM)
- Work 36 hours, paid for 40 hours*
- 16 days off a month*

**Location**: 2237 Industrial Park Road Innisfil, ON L9S 3V9
- Must be able to reliably commute to work - own transportation.
