**Job Summary**

**Peel Landscaping** is a well established landscape company, operating for 35 years. We service numerous commercial and estate properties in the Caledon, Orangeville and surrounding area.

We’re looking to hire a **Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader, Supervisor** to join our growing team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4-5 years Experience in grounds care/lawn maintenance
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
- An eye for a very high level of detail
- Be well organized and punctual
- Clean drivers record and experience operating a truck and trailer
- Supervise the work of crew members to ensure quality, proper safety and productivity
- Cut grass, trim edges, blow trimmings, general maintenance.
- Must be able to get to our location in Caledon, just south of Orangeville for 7am, Monday-Friday
- Operate power equipment including, but not limited to lawn mowers, line trimmers, blowers, etc.
- Train Crew Members
- Conduct Daily Inspections on vehicles, tools and equipment

**Salary**: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Caledon, ON L7K 1X1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance: 4 years (required)
