Rebar Supervisor

**JOB SUMMARY**

The Rebar Fabrication Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily production, operating necessary equipment, ensuring delivery of loads go out in a timely manner as well as supervising the crew. As the shop floor supervisor, you will be expected to provide daily activity reports and ensure a safe and positive work environment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for the supervision of the shop fabrication team
- Assist with operating all equipment; shears, benders, overhead cranes and forklifts
- Assist with hiring shop staff
- Delegate daily assignments to ensure production goals are met
- Complete daily activity reports
- Collaborate with admin on fabrication and delivery schedules
- Manage rebar deliveries
- Other duties as requested by management.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

A successful Rebar Fabrication Supervisor at Dass will have:

- Knowledge of how to operate and maintain all rebar equipment, safely and efficiently.
- Must have 3 years’ experience in a rebar fabrication shop
- Ability to think “outside the box” and be willing to try new methods.
- Self-motivation and be highly organized.
- Ability to collaborate and build productive relationships with co-workers.
- Experience in a leadership role
- Full time, Afternoon shift
