**JOB DETAILS**
- Gather information from equipment inspections and monitoring, as well as work requests
- Recommend work steps and sequence of execution
- Identify parts, materials, special tools, labor hours, required trades, work permits, and any necessary procedures
- Verify availability of parts, drawings and procedures or tools required in the execution of the work
- Requisition parts that are not available in stock and note delivery times to determine scheduling date
- Reviews completed work orders, verifying work conforms to established plan, and work history information

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**
- Receive, evaluate, and schedule work requests and work orders for the mobile mining equipment fleet (excavators, loaders, trucks, etc.)
- Resolve issues related to priority, scope of work or completion dates with various stakeholders
- Produce weekly and daily schedules for the maintenance team
- Check for health/safety and environmental hazards during work planning and include relevant work procedures
- Update equipment sheets, specifications, parts lists, documentation, and work procedures
- Develop standard procedures for repetitive maintenance work
- Plan and schedule required preventive and predictive maintenance work

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL**
- DEC or DEP or equivalent in a relevant field
- At least 5 years experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of mining or construction equipment mechanics
- Knowledge of CMMS systems such as SAP or Guide Ti
- Availability to work a 14/14 schedule in fly-in/fly-out mode
