Allied Universal is seeking Professional Security Guards in Toronto, ON.

**Title: Security Guard, Full Time (Permanent)**

**Location: Toronto, ON**

**Payrate: $18.00/hour-$19.75/hour**

**Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1400 - 2200**

**Training Hours: Monday-Friday, 1100 - 1700**

**Overview**:
**Requirements**:

- **1-2 years verifiable private or corporate security experience**:

- **Must be active on Social Media, such as Facebook**:

- **Excellent Customer Service and People Skills**:

- Open availability for rotational shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.
- Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
- First Aid and CPR
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Service in Military Occupational Specialty related to law enforcement, security (such as Military Police, Security Police, Corrections,) or any support role in a garrison or deployed area of operations
- Graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or civilian) in the law enforcement, adult corrections, or firefighter field
- Bachelor's degree in protective services, business or related field

**Responsibilities**:

- Access Control, Patrol, Customer Service
- Communicate with staff, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner.
- Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless shift transitions and consistent security coverage.
- Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards.
