**Inventory and Transportation Admin - **_Full-Time Permanent _

As one of Haldimand Motors LTD Inventory and Transportation Admin Staff members, it is your responsibility to ensure the proper organization of our more than 500 vehicles ready for sale at Haldimand Motors. While being a friendly and helpful ambassador to our Management Team and Co-staff and assisting where the needs arise

**What is required for this Position?**

To be a successful Inventory and Transportation Admin Staff team member, you must be a motivated individual, who is self-directed and task-oriented and not afraid of a little hard work. All of our vehicles need meticulous attention when entering it into our inventory system and organizing transportation from multiple locations.

There are many tasks that would need to be completed during the day when it pertains to our Inventory and Transportation Admin Staff Team. From Identifying and Organizing our vehicle inventory from the first arrival and inputting this information into our systems.

The Inventory and Transportation Admin Staff plays an important role in Verifying our Marketing price points, and ensuring the first steps of our clients experience is well organized and promotes a comfortable purchasing experience. All this to grasp the attention of our clients and help support their search for their Perfect “New” Car.

**What you need to know about this position.**
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision/direction
- A _“Go Get’em”_ Attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and in writing
- The ability to adapt to new computer programs
- Understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
- Multi Tasking is a must

**Hours and Compensation of Inventory and Transportation Admin Staff**

This would be a Full-Time position working Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
- Job Types: Full-Time
- Pay: From$18.00 per hour with Milestone Increases
