Parking Lot Labourer

Homestar Inc. is seeking an experienced **Parking lot laborer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain outlined parking lots as assigned by manager.
- Carry out extra cleaning duties as instructed.
- Make sure assigned cleaning tasks are executed in a timely and orderly manner.
- Change garbage cans and dispose of them in appropriate bins.
- Sign logbooks daily.
- Generate and submit reports.
- Report any damages/dangers in buildings, roadways, and pathways on properties.
- Must be willing to work alone to execute cleaning duties and to make sure that standards (of neatness/cleanliness) are maintained.
- Complete minor repairs, painting and general fixes that may arise in commercial and residential properties.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a cleaner

.Must have a valid Class 5 Licence
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines always
- Good time management skills are essential.
- Must show commitment to the overall goals or objectives of the organization.
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Active listening skills.
- Able to follow directions
- Punctual and reliable.
- Must be self-motivated and diligent.
- Must be able to work for several hours standing.
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
