We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team

This position is available for both part-time and full-time work, with scheduling primarily on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and occasional availability on weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requests and allergies are noted.
Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any customer queries regarding ingredients, preparation, or availability.
Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders to tables.
Address any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to the supervisor or manager as necessary.
Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the dining area.

Food and Beverage Service:
Ensure the proper setup of tables, including cleanliness, utensil placement, and condiments.
Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently and accurately.
Monitor tables and promptly attend to additional requests or refills.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly.
Process payments accurately, utilizing the appropriate POS system.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications;
Ability to work well with a team is crucial; communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and coordinated service.

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-35 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.00 per hour
