Are you quick on your feet? Do you have a passion for customer service and creating a memorable experience for guests? If so, then you might be the next great Lane Greeter to join our dynamic team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet all guests with a smile (S-10, G-5)
- Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times
- Be aware of all promotions, specials and current pricing
- Helps guests to locate suitable house balls and return used balls to racks
- Assist guests with set up of names and games at lanes
- Help servers and bartenders with food running and bussing of tables
- Work as a host(ess) to help guests find tables, lanes and experiences
- Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists
- Ensure work areas remain clean, empty trash and spot sweeps whenever floor needs it, or when requested by a manager, mops up any spills throughout the centre; Exceed Splitsville’s cleanliness standards
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures
- Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members
- Communicate with shift leaders and managers
- Other duties as required

- Ability to multitask; stays calm under pressure

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule (available days, nights, weekends, holidays)
