Sudbury Mitsubishi is looking for an Elite Technician who can Lead a Team. The Shop Foreman should know how to run a shop, dispatch work, and keep the team busy.

Put Customer experience first, and fix right the first time. Someone who is willing to work as part of a team.
We are looking for a real Pro, someone who can diagnose and fix almost anything. If you are willing to work smart, hard and study the brand then we should talk.

**Location: 2100 Kingsway Dr, Sudbury ON (Mitsubishi)**

Wage: Up to $40.00 per hour and 40 hour Guarantee

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Fixed staff supervision
- Shop management
- Responsible for parts management (order, stock, displays)
- O.E.M./Supplier contact person
- Will train new technicians and service/parts staff
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions
- Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles
- Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system
- Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging towing and temporary transportation
- Maintain accurate records by recording problems and corrective actions planned
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications
- Other duties as assigned

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Experience within the powersports/marine industry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Minimum 1 - 2 years in a customer service role
- Task-oriented and strong technical knowledge
- Previous Service Advisor experience is an asset
- Valid G Drivers License
- Able to work flexible hours within our business hours including Saturdays
