Parts Advisor

Responsibilities:

- Stock and maintain inventory of parts and accessories
- Market and promote available parts to customers
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices and discounts
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their needs
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries
- Utilize Excel and other organizational tools to track inventory and orders
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery of parts

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive parts environment is preferred
- Strong math skills, including the ability to perform calculations and conversions
- Familiarity with retail math concepts, such as markup, margin, and discounts
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software for inventory management

This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Salary**: $15.50-$27.78 per hour
